TRAINING DETAILS : This course is for three years. It is followed by a certificate from the ISTDP Institute Washington DC. This course will be conducted in modules of three days each, four times an year for all three years. Intake will not exceed ten students per batch. Due to the current pandemic , this course is only offered online in 2021.
REQUIREMENTS:
- The Trainee must be a practicing psychotherapist practicing any recognized form of psychotherapy, a psychiatrist, a psychologist or a student of psychiatry or psychology, who is doing active clinical work.
- The Trainee must have attended a one day workshop in ISTDP and /or is familiar with the theory and principles underlying ISTDP. In case you wish to attend a short training module send a mail to talktimeclinic@gmail.com
- The trainee is willing to video record therapy sessions for supervision during every training module.
FACULTY : Dr Sonaa Kakar, MD(Psychiatry). Other faculty may be invited as guests to address certain topics for the benefit of the students.
TENTATIVE DATES : First Training : 16,17,18 April 2021(9a.m to 5p.m)
FEE : ₹ 11,500/- per module.
The fee for the entire year has to be paid by the 31st of March every year.
